Olivia attended Colby College in Maine, where she received a B.A. in both Biology and Environmental Science. She further pursued her passion for holistic health by earning a Doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine here in Portland, OR.

Olivia’s journey into alternative medicine began with a shoulder injury during her collegiate ice hockey career. Despite undergoing surgery and extensive rehabilitation, she continued to experience persistent pain and limited mobility. Frustrated with conventional recovery methods, Olivia turned to acupuncture, which provided profound relief. Within weeks, she experienced a remarkable reduction in pain and stiffness that had previously seemed permanent.

For over a decade, Olivia has been deeply involved in fitness and Olympic Weightlifting, with a keen interest in sports medicine and body mechanics shaping her professional approach. Her expertise is grounded in both traditional acupuncture techniques and modern methods, including dry needling, electroacupuncture, cupping, and gua sha. Olivia is dedicated to addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a high level of professionalism and commitment to her practice.
